...by my 4-year-old! He's been watching "Sid the Science Kid" on PBS and today he told me that the sink in the bathroom is a 'simple machine' because it's an 'inclined plane.' He was also telling me about axels, pulleys, and levers. Heath says surely I learned about those things as a kid, but I don't remember so. Carter says when he grows up he wants to be a 'racecar engineer' so he can learn all about putting cars together and making them run.

Wow- I have no idea what any of that stuff is. Like Heath... I am sure I learned it at some point. Yikes, I guess we will get our brush up when they start kindergarten!!
