We went to Glen Rose (again) for a mini-vacation this summer with my mom. We had a great time there just as we did last summer. We again stayed at the Country Woods Inn B&B which I highly recommend if you have little ones and/or just love farm animals. The kids met some other boys there too and had instant playmates. We mostly hung around the farm but did venture into town to tour the Square and also went to Fossil Rim again. My mom had never been and had always wanted to go. This is really a great place for a vacation not too far from home.
